Project Manager, OS&E

Position Type: FULL TIME
Location: REMOTE

Canoe Hospitality, a leader in the hospitality procurement industry, is looking to hire a full-time OS&E Project Manager. The OS&E Project Manager will execute several operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) procurement projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and will report to the Executive Team.

ABOUT YOU, THE JOB CANDIDATE:

You are a seasoned OS&E project manager with extensive hospitality procurement and project management experience in operating supplies including but not limited to bedding, linen, terry, fill-goods, bath amenities, consumables, guestroom items, uniforms, fitness equipment, food and beverage items, and back of house items.

You have developed budgets, project schedules, and funding forecasts. You have no problem managing several large projects simultaneously. You have no problem jumping in on an ongoing project to drive it to completion. You do not need to be micro-managed. You know all the details and you organize them flawlessly. You anticipate project issues and openly discuss solutions with Canoe’s Clients and executive team. You examine business trends, suppliers, and markets to find the greatest value for the client without sacrificing quality. You will adapt quickly to Canoe’s software, project management, and procurement processes.

Maybe you are inclined to lend your knowledge and expertise into other areas: business development, marketing, mentoring, or continuous education. Or, maybe you are better suited to just lead and execute a larger volume of projects. The job can be tailored to the candidate’s talents. However, the successful leadership and execution of several large projects, or smaller and larger projects of varying difficulty, is paramount.
