In the hospitality, multi-family, and senior living industries, FF&E typically consists of wood and metal furniture, soft seating, fabrics and leather, decorative lighting, carpet, wallcovering, window treatments, artwork, outdoor furniture, and framed mirrors specified by an interior designer and sourced by an FF&E purchasing agent.

  • OS&E is the acronym for operating supplies and equipment. In the hospitality, multi-family, and senior living industries, OS&E typically consists of mattresses, televisions, mini-refrigerators, safes, linen, terry, bath amenities, bath accessories, alarm clocks, uniforms, flatware, serveware, smallware, glassware, dinnerware, utensils, banqueting items, housekeeping supplies, stewarding equipment, engineering equipment, small appliances, and other consumables specified by an operations team and sourced by an OS&E purchasing agent.
