Housed in a former 1960s federal office building in downtown Charleston, the 5-star, 155-room hotel features a restaurant, two bars, a public living room, ballroom, spa, and historic lobby. Brooklyn-based Workstead's holistic approach to the design included all interior finishes, custom millwork, furniture, and lighting, with Canoe working in tandem to source FF&E utilizing southern materials that would complement the sensibilities of the modern building.
